ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES

  • International flights
  • Lunch
  • Dinner (There are many quality restaurants in Bali, do not hesitate to ask us for advice depending on the type of food you want to eat).
  • Transport during free days or outside the planned activities
  • Tips for caddies during golf games (from 250,000 Rp per caddy for 18 holes, about 13 euros), and guides during excursions (50,000 to 100,000 Rp per person)
  • Travel insurance and assistance in the event of hospitalization and medical evacuation. We advise you to subscribe to an insurance on your side. Remember to ask your bank, because you certainly have guarantees relating to your bank card.

Our programs can be subject to change due to imperatives beyond our control such as air rotations, market days, boat hours, road conditions, climate, volcanic activities, etc. We will do everything in our power to provide the services and offer you alternatives, except in cases of force majeure.

Reservation and terms of payment:

  • To book your stay, please confirm your agreement by email.
  • Once your confirmation is received, we will book your accommodation.
  • Accommodation remains subject to availability at the time of your reservation. Sometimes some accommodation may be sold out and we will do our best to offer you alternatives with the same quality of service while limiting the effect on the price of your stay.
  • We will send you a confirmation of your stay, which will be definitively booked after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the amount, within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the confirmation.
  • A payment link will be sent to you to pay securely online via Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue, or by bank transfer (transfer costs at your expense).
  • Once the payment is made, you will immediately receive an email confirming the payment. Payment of the balance must be made at least 30 days before the arrival of the passenger (s).
  • For last minute bookings (less than a month before departure), full payment will be requested upon confirmation.
  • The agency declines all responsibility for the progress of confirmed services in the event of non-compliance with the above payment terms.
  • Any cancellation must be the subject of an email addressed to Bali Birdie Golf.
  • Cancellation fees are the responsibility of the customer and their amount varies depending on the time frame for this cancellation.
  • If the customer has cancellation insurance, he must nevertheless pay these costs and take the necessary steps to declare his cancellation according to the terms of the contract to the insurer, who will assume the possible reimbursement.

The cancellation conditions applicable by default, except special conditions of the local agency are as follows:

  • Cancellation occurring more than 30 days before departure: 30% of the travel price
  • Cancellation occurring between 30 days and 21 days before departure: 50% of the price of the trip
  • Cancellation occurring between 20 days and 08 days before departure: 75% of the price of the trip
  • Cancellation occurring between 07 days and before departure: 100% of the price of the trip
  • Any domestic flights and will be charged 100% of the price

INSURANCE:

We recommend that you take cancellation, medical assistance and medical evacuation insurance before making your trip.

BEFORE YOUR TRIP:

When purchasing a trip, it is strongly recommended to be insured.

Indeed, a cancellation insurance makes it possible to cover the financial risk if you are forced to cancel your trip.

In the event of cancellation Bali Birdie Golf will not be able to reimburse you for the full amount (see the total according to the cancellation period) of your trip, because we are ourselves committed to hotels, carriers, guides…

We will therefore apply a reimbursement scale taking into account the proximity of your departure (see above, Cancellation Conditions).

DURING YOUR TRIP:

Repatriation assistance protects you in the event of an accident at destination: it allows your medical care and, if necessary, your repatriation.
